ORDER PREPARATION

Each Blue Bell piece is prepared and packed by hand in our workshop in Spain.

Products currently in stock are usually ready to ship within 2–6 business days.

Limited-production and made-to-order products may require up to 10 business days, or the preparation time stated on the product page.

Custom lengths, colors and personalized orders may require up to 20 business days.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination and selected service.

Orders are shipped safely with tracking. Delivery estimates begin once the package has been collected by the carrier.

FedEx Express shipments to the United States usually require approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Blue Bell Straps does not assume or reimburse these charges unless expressly agreed in writing.

Custom-made, personalized and One of a Kind pieces cannot be returned, except where required by applicable law. We will always do our best to assist you.
