Standard orders are usually ready to ship within 6 days.
Custom lengths, colors, or any personalized variation may take up to 20 days.
All Artisan Straps and belts are individually crafted as custom orders.

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, but we’ll always do our best to assist you.
