After years working leather, something started to happen in the workshop.

Certain pieces began to carry something else.
Marks, tension, friction, memory.

This is where it begins.

I don’t try to make leather look old.  

I work until it feels like it has lived.  

Layers, friction, pressure, time…  

Each piece reacts differently.  

No formulas. No repetition.  

Just instinct, material… and years of work.
