ONE OF A KIND

Objects made slowly. Never repeated.
Some pieces are not designed.
They are found.
After years working leather, something started to happen in the workshop.
Customers began asking for one thing again and again:
“That aged strap… the one Leo Scala is using.”
This is where it begins.

I don’t try to make leather look old.
I work until it feels like it has lived.
Layers, friction, pressure, time…
Each piece reacts differently.
No formulas. No repetition.
Just instinct, material… and years of work.

THE ART OF AGING LEATHER
Leather holds memory.
What you see here is not a finish.
It’s a process of transformation.
Each mark, each tone, each imperfection…
is created by hand.
One piece at a time.
The first pieces are currently in the workshop.
Releasing in May.
One by one.
These are not products.
They are objects with a past… created before they exist.
